Now Hiring: Full-Time Administrative Assistant | Home Instead – Seattle, WA

Home Instead® Seattle is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our Clients, Caregivers, and office staff (our Key Player Team) with vital clerical and administrative tasks.

You'll be the warm, welcoming voice on the phone and the friendly face in the office — helping ensure every interaction ends with a smile and a solution.

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
  • Pay: $25-$28/hour DOE
  • Location: Seattle, WA

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Friendly, can-do attitude
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfort with multi-line phone systems
  • Familiar with billing and or payroll processes
  • Experience in senior care is a plus!
