Staffing Coordinator 

Home Instead – Seattle, WA / WFH
Pay: $22–$26 per hour (DOE) 
Job Type: Full-time

Home Instead Seattle is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our team! This full-time role will primarily be client service with home care scheduling responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls to help clients and caregivers with scheduling and support

• Create and maintain client and caregiver schedules

• Match caregivers with clients based on availability and compatibility

• Respond to scheduling changes, call-outs, and emergencies

• Maintain accurate records using scheduling software

• Work closely with other administrative team members to ensure high-quality service

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in scheduling, or staffing coordination roles required 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn scheduling software

• Experience in home care scheduling a plus

• NA-C or HCA certification is a plus (but not required)

Schedule:

• Full-time

• Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (30–60 days)

• After training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 hr lunch)

• Occasional on-call duties with additional compensation
